Last year&#8217;s event saw the company make massive \u00a390 reductions on the <a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2023\/02\/16\/psvr2-game-reviews-every-launch-title-from-horizon-to-gran-turismo-7-18293254\/\">PSVR2<\/a>, while the PlayStation 5 received a \u00a340 discount.<\/p>\n<p>It seems Sony is preparing to announce a similar set of discounts for this year, along with a reduction to the recently launched <a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2024\/09\/10\/ps5-pro-price-absolutely-shocking-fans-cannot-believe-21580312\/\">PS5 Pro<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to reliable leaker <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dealabs.com\/magazine\/days-of-play-2025-voici-un-apercu-sur-les-dates-et-promotions-du-prochain-evenement-playstation-60170\">Billbil-kun<\/a>, this year&#8217;s Days Of Play event will start from Wednesday, May 28 and run for two weeks until June 11, 2025. As part of this sale, it&#8217;s claimed the standard and digital versions of the PlayStation 5 console will receive a discount of \u20ac100 in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>While no UK price specifics are given, if it directly lines up, this will equate to around \u00a380 off the \u00a3479.99 and \u00a3429.99 price for each respective console in the UK.<\/p>\n<p>The PS5 Pro will also apparently see a discount, albeit only \u20ac50 off the \u20ac799.99 price in Europe. In the UK, the PS5 Pro costs \u00a3699.99.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"PlayStation 5 Pro Console - Launch Trailer\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/pmzfmoe7Jmw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>It&#8217;s claimed the PSVR2 headset will similarly receive a \u20ac50 discount, while a selection of DualSense controllers will be available for \u20ac54.99.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dealabs.com\/magazine\/voici-la-date-de-sortie-des-packs-ps5-call-of-duty-black-ops-6-60177\">leak<\/a>, these won&#8217;t be the only discounts revealed during the event. A series of <a data-track=\"inline-tag-auto-link_article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/call-of-duty\/\">Call Of Duty<\/a>: Black Ops 6 bundles are also expected to launch on the same day, which will include a digital copy of the game alongside the PlayStation 5 console.<\/p>\n<p>The bundle with the standard version of the PlayStation 5, with a disc drive, will apparently cost \u20ac50 more than the standard price in the sale, at &#8216;around 499 euros&#8217;.
